Muddled strawberry, cranberry juice and Campari aromas. Ultra-salivating with heaps of orange rind, refreshing bitterness and small red berries over bright acidity. Salty, fine tannins subtly dry the mouth and make you want to take another sip. Super yum and fun.

Vineyard
In order of harvest: Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Dash Farms site is planted on the southern ridge, sits at 475 metres elevation and has a north-south row orientation. Igneous Vineyard, lies 2.5 kilometres to the northwest and sits at 430 metres elevation with an east-west row orientation. Both sites are on quartz and feldspar sand or decomposed granite.
Winemaking
Wildly varying processing and ferment methods between the different parcels. Blended for aromatic complexity, vast spectrums of fruit and importantly; satisfying, salivating tannin. Some sulphur added.
